Kihei Bay Surf Studio #209 is a tastefully updated studio on the 2nd floor with high vaulted ceilings, a fully-equipped kitchen, room unit A/C, TV, and free wifi. There is a queen bed and a queen futon couch, and a walk-in shower (no tub). For outdoor activities, Kihei Bay Surf Studio #209 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler.
Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
The Kihei Bay Surf is located in North Kihei across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo Beach and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Each studio has a fully equipped kitchen and cable TV. In addition, there is a large pool, hot tub, tennis court, gas grills, and common laundry areas for your use. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. The Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located to shops and restaurants, and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. This is one of the best values in Kihei.
** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Although the complex does have a laundry facility, it is currently under renovation through January 2024. Until then travelers will need to use the coin-operated Lipoa Laundry Center (1.3 miles away). Please inquire with our office with any questions. **

Kihei - Central location
This was our third long stay in Kihei. We have also visited two of the other islands, but always come back to Maui. Great beaches, atmosphere, easy to get around, lots to do if you choose. Overall we enjoyed our 5 week stay at Kihei Bay Surf. Our unit (209) was what we expected for road noise due to the busy road. The unit was clean. The only recommendations we would provide would be the need for general expected maintenance due to high usage and usual wear and tear such as - - the unit area rug and sofa cushions were extremely stained and dirty, could use a washing - as we were there for 5 weeks we did mop the floor and found a sizeable amount of sand under the area rug, I don’t think it had been moved for quite some time - the unit needs some new glassware and cups, there were no wine glasses, 3 very stained coffee mugs - fridge, stove worked fine - bathroom/shower/sink all worked fine - the unit had 2 beach chairs as advertised however these could use replacing, they are ripped close to all the way through, extremely stained, and zippers/pockets are broken or ripped right through - one set of sheets was clean but had dried blood stains so should be replaced -laundry room was good - used 3 times due to the length of our stay -pools and pool area were clean and good - used often and met lots of people All in all we love Maui and we love Kihei. We will be back and would stay at Kihei Bay Surf again, but would select a different unit. Cheers!

CONDO was well furnished. Quiet. Parking was simple once lot layout was understood. Short walk across street to beach!
