Sip a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine, on the fully furnished, covered front deck while soaking in the view of the mountains. Located in the coveted, gated community of Smoky Mountain Retreat which has completely paved roads. Explore the mountains with many nearby attractions.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, dishware/flatware, microwave, dishwasher, drip maker and Keurig, island w/ seating

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, towels/linens, cleaning essentials, central A/C & heating. *Due to the high mountain ranges, cell service can be spotty.
NOTE #1: 2-story log cabin, first-floor bedroom & bathroom, AWD recommended (winter months)
NOTE #2: The address listed is for the main office where you check in. The cabin itself is 15 minutes up the mountain. The drive up is absolutely breathtaking with amazing views throughout! You will be provided a gate code for accessing the two gated entrances. One leading to Maggie Valley and the other to Waynesville.

NOTE #3: There are two exterior cameras, one facing the driveway and the carport. This is for security measures only for the homeowner.

FIREWOOD: Available upon request: 1/4 cord $100, 1/2 cord $180 (Please order ahead if you plan to request some)

Low Season: 3 night minimum
Jan- May, Nov. Dec. $230 nightly / $1,410 weekly
High Season: 3 night minimum
June- Oct. $255 nightly / $1,585 weekly
Holidays:
5-night minimum in Thanksgiving.
7-night minimum in Christmas & New Year
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years $270 nightly / $1,690 weekly

11% tax will be applied to rent.      
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent.
Deposit Required for Reservations.
$50 Damage Protection Plan.
$65 Reservation Fee (plus tax).
$180 Cleaning fee.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.
