Perfect for your vacation. One bedroom 2 bath townhouse style condo with great side view of the sugar white sand and the beautiful blue Gulf of Mexico. This Condo features a queen size bed upstairs with a full bath, the living/dining, kitchen and bath with shower downstairs.
The Sugar Beach Complex features 3 pools, one heated in the winter, a kiddie pool, covered gazebos and comfortable lounge chairs for your sunning pleasure. The Sugar Shack by the pool area serves hamburgers, hot dogs and other fun food along with the beverages of your choice. All parking is under roof on the first floor and security is provided at the entry gate. A tennis court and shuffle board are located on the second floor. 3 NIGHT MIN FOR SUMMER SEASON

Great to-go seafood is located directly across the street for delicious in room dining. Sugar Beach is conveniently located close to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores dining and shopping. The entrance to a beautiful 12 mile paved biking trail thorough the wetlands of Orange Beach is right across the street..so bring your bicycles for a great ride or rent a bike at the entrance. Awesome 1st stay in Orange beach!!
My husband and I enjoyed our first stay in Orange Beach! Our condo was the perfect size for just the two of us. Although we had to walk a mile it seemed with our luggage to our room due to construction, we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!!

The rental unit itself was lovely. Perfect size for 2 people. The complex, however, was dated and not well maintained. The elevator closest to our room was not accessible as the walkway that connected it was boarded off. I assume it was due to a safety issue. This made it a hassle to navigate to and from our room. Other than that, the beach was beautiful and it was so nice to have the chair/umbrella rentals right there!

Me and a friend stayed here for Hangout Fest nearby. Great place with newly renovated floors / kitchen / bathroom. nice views too! definitely booking again if i return to the area
