Kick back with a good movie on the living room's TV with lots of friends and hot buttered popcorn. Use the free WiFi to download a new recipe then let your creativity loose in the full kitchen. You can enjoy your meal comfortably at the breakfast bar, and you can even enjoy it as an alfresco meal out on the spacious deck. This home is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating, exposed brickwork, and lots of thoughtful touches, making it the perfect place to enjoy your stay while in this wonderful city!

Be sure to explore downtown Charleston and visit the numerous nearby beaches and historic plantations. You'll find plenty of beautiful wildlife when you visit Patriots Point Nature Trail, and there are green fairways to enjoy at Shadowmoss Golf & Country Club. Great location and apartments
Great 6 unit complex for easy access on King Street. The units were all separate so good for a large group of friends that want separate living arrangements. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. A++++ cannot have a better location in all of Charleston. Highly recommend.

Amazing location & setup
We rented every unit for our wedding party to stay in over the course of our wedding weekend. It was perfect for bridesmaids, groomsmen & significant others to have a comfortable place to stay and their own spaces, but also communal and fun, allowing everyone to be together! The rooftop patio is incredible and the location can't get much more central than this to all things downtown. Highly recommend!

Third stay at the complex
Great place for large groups to enable a large gathering place and private sleeping areas. A few small issues that were called in but mostly just the internet and TV's had been messed with by previous tenant and need to be worked out. I would recommend having the checker check all tbs and wifi.

Great location and set up
This is a perfect setup for a group of adults visiting Charleston. The individual condos allowed for privacy while the huge outdoor patio provided a common area for socializing. Many restaurants and bars are within safe walking distance. Only complaint is WiFi was extremely slow. Would definitely stay again!

Charleston done right!!!
What an incredible experience! We booked out the entire “compound” for my wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location and rooftop area made it a once in a life time Charleston experience. We even did our first look in the down stair area because it was so stunning! Everyone got ready in the rooms because they were so cute and spacious. All our friends and family would stop by because the location was so perfect! We got married an 8 min walk away. I just really can’t express how amazing this experience is to rent out the entire place. Highly recommend for big friend groups, family trips, or even work functions! Rooms were stunning, clean, and beds were so comfy! Room A was a bit loud because it’s the closest to the road, but the venue is aware and provides noise machines in every room! Amazing! The perks of room A is the windows all over and the view of king string! So don’t let me stray you away! The communication with the point of contact was fast and extremely helpful. I can not wait to come back!! I’m suggesting it for our family reunion next year ;)

Place was perfect for the group. On King Street, huge deck, rooms were nice, beds comfortable, air conditioner was great. For a big group it's perfect, especially if you rent all of the 6 condos.
