Situated on the 4th floor with stairs, our charming 40sqm property offers an ideal urban retreat. The area is characterised by its charming Parisian atmosphere, making it perfect for an authentic Paris experience.

It is designed with an open floor plan. Overlooking Péreire Avenue, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a work desk and 2 French balconies, perfect for unwinding.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Access to the building by a code, keys to be collected to access the apartment.

Kindly be advised that the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, and the stairs leading up to the apartment are quite narrow.

Scooters and bicycles are available for rent at the bottom of the apartment. (Lime, Uber, Citiscoot).

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.

NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
