A brand new kitchen (with sea glass quartz countertop), new paint job, new AC unit and window treatments complete this beautiful and comfortable condominium. The master suite has a sleep number expanded queen and the pullout couch is a queen size memory foam mattress.

Close to shopping and restaurants or stroll down the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Condo is equipped with everything you need during your stay including wireless internet and cable tv for your convenience. Located within an hour of central Florida's popular attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center.

Nice base of operations
We used the condo as a base while we traveled up and down the coast. The condo is very nice. At least as nice as the pictures if not nicer. The area was safe and quiet. We had a little confusion about access codes initially but it was handled kindly and efficiently right away and was honestly my fault for not reading all attachments upon booking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Awesome stay
Second time at Royal Mansions, this might be the best unit in the place with ocean views from all rooms. Pool and hot tub excellent, beach wasn’t crowded at all and great access. Thanks!

Peaceful area
Property was very clean and the beach access was very convenient. Deck has great views of ocean! Beaches had plenty of room for enjoyment without being crowded at all. Can see Space X rocket lifts easily from unit. Overall is a great experience and very pleased with the property
