3302 · Direct View Oceanfront Penthouse!

You cannot lose with this direct oceanfront Penthouse with an oceanfront balcony. Privacy and peace abounds with no one close to your balcony. Sit and enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise. Have a cool drink on the balcony in the evening. Watch the events of the day unfold on the beach. Both bedrooms have oceanfront views from the beds. This unit truly brings the beach INSIDE!

Contactless check in is used. But, I am nearby and can be there if you need me.

Nestled in a wonderful residential community on a private stretch of the beach with no nearby public parking, this property is in high demand. Beautiful gated community in a safe area that the locals love!

With no nearby businesses on the beach a rental car is recommended. However, you can rent ebikes, and bikes and have them delivered to the property.
•Wash sand off the beach gear with the hose at the shower area at the end of each boardwalk. Excessive sand in the unit ends up with additional charges through AirBnB for additional cleaning.
-Leave the unit as you found it other than dirty linens which can be placed in the tub or laundry basket.
POOL AND HOT TUB RULES
-Children MUST be supervised at all times by an adult. Don´t leave your children unattended!
-No diving and running.
-No floats or inner tubes allowed in the pool for safety reasons.
-No glass and food around and in the pool.
-Swim at your own risk, no life guard is on duty.
-Follow ALL posted rules for the pool or hot tub area.
-Pool Hours: Dawn to dusk.

PROPERTY RULES PER THE CONDO ASSOCIATION
-Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balconies or walls.
-No pets other than owner pets.
-No boats, motorcycles including scooters, motor homes, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed on property. If you bring them on property, you will be asked to remove them.
-No skateboarding on property.
-No drone use on property except for on the beach.
-Quiet hours: 10 pm to 9 am
-No additional guests without express permission from Kay. Additional guests will result with removal from the property with no refund.
-Wash sand from beach gear at the shower at the end of the boardwalk before bringing it into the unit.
-Do not leave anything in the hallways.

Spring Break
Great location People onsite were very nice. Great ocean views. Host was fantastic and very informative. The condo needs a lot of updating. None of the windows or patio doors had screens. There were too many stairs for our preference. Very limited cooking supplies. No pizza pan and the cookie sheet was solid rust. We loved the area, but will not be back to this particular unit. The main floor bedroom tv is not a smart tv which could be updated with a plug in roku. The carpet from bedroom to bathroom was peeling up. The toilet handle sticks and shower not easy to shut off. Furniture not comfortable and worn out.
