1 Bdrm Ocean & Pool view with Large Lanai & AC in the heart of Kailua Kona

This condo's spaciousness lanai looks out over the pool to the ocean. The perfect oasis for a cup of coffee in the morning and evening cocktails. Accommodations include a king size mattress in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed(not pictured) in the living room(good for one adult or 2 kids). There is also a pack and play for those with infants. The condo is tiled throughout and has a washer/dryer. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to historic downtown Kailua-Kona. Free parking. There are some beach essentials: snorkel gear, 2 folding beach chairs, coolers, sand bucket and toys. Keep in mind the beach gear gets used a lot so I definitely recommend bringing you own or renting.

Fantastic Stay
This condo is in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and amenities. View was fantastic. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting and watching the waves, which during our stay, put on a great show. Many thanks for the treats, they were much appreciated. Would highly recommend this unit, our only negative was we didn’t stay longer! Will hopefully come back. Mahalo.

The condo needs a good cleaning, dust hanging from the ceilings, walls dirty, screens did not fit and dirty, curtains were dirty, you get the idea!

Clean unit, nice property
The unit was very clean, and exactly as shown in the listing. They even have a pack and play and extra pad mattress in the closet if you need along with beach chairs, umbrella and a few other things. The manager was very friendly and communicative. The property itself was also clean and relaxing. Pool was perfect and easy to walk to the rocky beach in front with a small sandy beach on the side. Property is within 5 mins walking distance from ocean front restaurants downtown. We bought fish one night and grilled by the pool. Great stay.
