The property is on a well-traveled road so there is traffic noise and there was an annoying barking dog next door. Having said those things, when the A/C is running full out, the exterior noises are not noticed. We had adequate cooling in early May. Kitchen utensils and items were limited so we had to be creative. The property is on two levels. The bedrooms are large, the common space is adequate. There is only one shower. My biggest issue is the electronic lock was "wiggy" and unreliable so we got a door key. It was upsetting to struggle to get into the house when we first arrived. The management company responded quickly to email so that was a big help.

We couldn’t stay here any of the 3 nights we reserved this house. It was 80 degrees inside and we put the thermostat down to as cold as it gets cooled off to 79! Legit. They lied and said it was fixed before we arrived. It was not. DO NOT stay here when it’s hot outside. Maybe would be alright in December but doubt it. I was promised a refund, they ended up giving me a “50%” refund it’s ridiculous. Andrew was friendly. The rental company not so much. I don’t recommend to anyone ever. The AC doesn’t work, they lie and say it does. After 3 days of going back to check it never got below 79. Claimed someone came and looked at it and it was fine. Doesn’t make sense. Also my friends went back the night before we had to be checked out to make sure we got everything since we live hours away and someone was upstairs walking around, the downstairs door was locked by the bathroom and they didn’t do that. Also they left right away when they heard people walking around because no one was supposed to be in there but us technically so it scared them. They kept all the lights on and left right away. When they drove by when leaving all the lights were off. So it’s sketchy af. I’m beyond disappointed and angry at this point. DO NOT waste your money!
