These cottages and apartments belong to a small borgo in a quiet hilly position above the Chiana Valley. The owners run a farm with sheep, chickens, dogs and cats a fun especially for children! Together guests have a large garden plot with pool and play area and barbecue. Washing machine for a fee, crib and cooking service on request. Ideal for walks and bike rides in the surrounding woods and for excursions to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and Lake Trasimeno. Unpaved access, unsuitable for sports cars. See also ITA286-ITA291.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Review
The cottage itself and the surrounding is very beautiful. A lot of possibilities to sit down, reflect and watch the landscape scenery. Great pool. The landlord and his daughter are very friendly. Our kids loved the dogs - however we had to get used to the dog poop in the garden. The first car ride to the cottage is more than "adventurous": very narrow and steep serpenties on gravel road. In the journey description it says "not conventient for sports cars" - our family bus had also its problems...
