Whether you’re here for business or vacation, just a short walk across the Highland Bridge will take you to the center of the city. And remember to bring your bicycle—not only will you have the Platte River bike trail at your doorstep, but the property’s location encourage you to explore Colorado’s multitude of other bike parks and outdoor activities.
Working remotely? Our unit provides the comforts and conveniences needed for you to relax, refresh, or work from home. Our condominium is 1000 Sq ft with comfortable accommodations for longer stays. In addition to the popular “industrial chic” modern décor, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes jet black appliances, granite countertops, and seating for four. With bonus amenities such as 1 G Fiber Internet, Sling TV, Netflix and a Grill, you'll feel like you're at your home away from home.

You won't need a car to stay here but if you want to explore the greater Denver area, you may want to consider renting a car.

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
Dogs are welcome and we charge a $100 non-refundable fee per stay. Please inquire about multiple pets.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
We are 420 friendly but ask that you smoke on the outside patio only.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
