Welcome to Solana Beach! You'll love staying at this light and open top floor condo. Fresh and clean with comfortable couch in spacious living area opens that opens to a patio where you can enjoy the warm morning sun. Remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and includes Vitamix, crockpot, and toaster oven. Large primary bedroom has king bed and patio with chairs with a peek view of one of the community pools. Second bedroom has two twin beds.
Close to the pool, spa and tennis courts and just a short walk to the adjacent beach access stairs.
Located in Seascape Sur condo complex, renowned for its zen-like landscaping, waterfalls, streams and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and has two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. Take a morning walk to one of the many nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District. Just blocks away from the Coaster train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego or north to Oceanside and beyond. Seascape Sur is the residence of choice for the Del Mar Race Track seasons. Gate to beach access stairs at the northwest of the property. Seascape Sur has a number of stairs throughout the property and would not be appropriate for those with mobility issues.

Underground parking garage spots have a maximum clearance of 76".
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great time overall (there for a month). the "ups" included the pool, easy access to the beach, good nearby restaurants and the rail station. The downs were absence of umbrellas by the pool (they had been ordered by the HOA but not in time to be available for Spring sun) and an afternoon party by rowdy and rude teenagers that spilled into a pool party that continued well past the "quiet time" under HOA rules. It took multiple calls to the nighttime manager at Stubbs to finally locate security and put an end to the party.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy with our stay in Lazy Days, Sur 6 during the winter of 2021-2022. The unit was not fancy but basic and comfortable. It was well situated for the beach and for local shopping and dining as well as for many San Diego attractions and events. The kitchen especially was very well equipped and included a good variety of cookware and utensils. The Dave Stubbs office staff were very pleasant as well as professional and helpful. They were responsive and committed to making our time here enjoyable.
