This is a 1 bedroom open floorplan duplex centrally located in Lincoln NE. The cozy home offers contactless entry, single stall garage parking and a full kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. In the basement you will find a washer, dryer and treadmill with a TV mounted next to the treadmill. No TV upstairs yet. The space is within walking distance of the Lincoln Children's Zoo, the Sunken Gardens and the Rose Gardens. Just a short commute to downtown LNK!

A nice little duplex southeast of downtown. I would recommend it for anyone traveling alone or with one other.

Fantastic
Cara was fantastic and was always super quick at responding and was quite helpful when issues arose.(Which i accidently caused) and the place was great and it was nice to have actual parking. There was plenty to do nearby and nice little grocers nearby as well. 10/10 would stay again

Very clean place once I got checked in
Check in was delayed due to an owner phone issue. Place was clean and well kept. Garage parking was iffy for anything larger than a prius. Would have been nice if it had mentioned no TV on the property. Was able to get by with my Ipad. All in all not a bad place for the price. Would stay again but make sure I have a bigger tablet for tv.
