This newly renovated condo is the perfect location for your mini-stay! It has everything you need and more! 7th floor view.

Comes with a Crossroads parking pass just 1/2 block north of the Lincoln Building where condo #704 is. Open spaces available.

Highlighted 10 ft. ceilings give this open space an ambiance for warmth and coziness with brand new professional blinds, a fantastic kitchen supplied with every amenity imaginable!

Start your morning out with a Keurig cup
of coffee or hot chocolate! A charcuterie board, pots and pans, dinnerware and glassware, plus wine glasses are supplied to entertain and a bar area with storage for your convenience!

The living room is perfect to kick back and watch the Huskers play ball or v-ball and be close to the action and restaurants on the 50" Smart TV or 55" Smart TV in the BD. The sofa converts into a queen sleeper with an extra thick mattress. (Linens /pillows provided.)
Trac lighting sets the mood of your choice with a remote controlled 4-option color choice floor lamp.

A work / writing desk provides a lamp with outlets for those who have a short-term work project in town! (No printer).

A spacious BD. features room darkening drapes, custom blinds, king size bed, side tables w/USB chargers and touch-activated lamps. A 55" Smart TV is at your disposal if you want to stay in and catch the action in comfort! The closet has ample space with organizer shelves. Cozy is the word!

Great Stay!
Everything was great! We were staying for the NE Volleyball camp and the location was perfect! Very comfortable and exactly what we needed for our time in Lincoln. Jan was great and answered any questions we had. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Awesome host in downtown Lincoln
We had a wonderful stay in the Lincoln Building. The apartment was centrally located and walkable to UNL and the stadium. Jan was an attentive host even offering advice during a weather event. Secure parking was super convenient. We met several friendly neighbors and enjoyed some competitive family time in the vault downstairs!
