Beautiful large cabin/home in lower Tahoe Donner Truckee, California, is available for Summer long term lease (30 consecutive nights minimum) any time from May - September 2024. May $7000, June $7000,, July $7500, August $7000. Winter lease also available. No transient taxes collected for 30+might stays. Cabin offers exquisite views, ample open space and quiet areas for everyone to enjoy. The extra-large great room offers seating for 10, or a 4th bedroom with 2 twins, first floor has two dining tables allow seating for 12 with an open space kitchen, living and dining area. This cabin provides ample room for multiple family stay/visits during your rental stay.

A double door entry leads to the downstairs master bedroom ensuite offers a soaking jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, double sink and a private lavatory, huge walk-in closet and private exit to the back deck.
The upstairs king bedroom also offers an ensuite bath with a tub/shower and a large walk-in closet. The queen bedroom offers a wall to wall closet with shelves. The loft has a new ping pong table and overlooks the downstairs great room. The game room/extra sleeping option offers two twin beds, two couches, a game table and a large TV and fireplace, as well as a large wet bar with sink, and mini refrigerator. The separate laundry room offers a laundry sink, large counter, storage cabinets and has new side by side washer and dryer.

The flat driveway allows parking for four cars and the garage allows parking for one car.
As part of your rental, you receive two member guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each one of the guest cards allows access for up to four guests not counting children 6 and under. There is a daily fee, per person/day that applies to rental guests. All children under 7 are free. Daily Access Fees are only good for single use; they are no longer transferable across amenities.

Small dogs are considered and allowed with an additional refundable pet deposit and non-refundable pet rent of $75 per 30 day rental period

Great Cabin in Truckee Donnar
This house is big, up to date and clean. Great place to stay, many ski resorts are local. The Ping Pong Table was a huge bonus we had lots of fun. I would rent again, that says it all.

Amazing Visit
This property was exactly as described. It was a beautiful house and the space inside was amazing for our crew. Plenty of areas for people to hang out. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Heidi was so helpful and super easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Tahoe House
Best house we’ve ever stayed at in Tahoe. Location is great in lower Tahoe Donner, it’s super spacious with plenty of room for 9 of us, the kitchen was nicely stocked and the bonus was the ping pong table and gas grill on the deck. The beds and linens were super comfortable and luxurious and we appreciated the beach towels in addition to the plentiful bath towels. The owners were great with communication and very accommodating. Can’t wait to rent this house again, it was fantastic.
