Rich jewel tones resonate throughout this beautifully furnished, beachfront property located on the ninth floor of Regency Isle, where the views of the Gulf of Mexico extend all the way to the horizon.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by upscale tile floors, tasteful decor, and a wealth of recent updates made in 2021. You'll be surrounded by new furnishings (including the queen-size sofabed, love seat, lamps, wall art, TV cabinet, and rug) that beckon you to stretch out and relax. Access to the oversize balcony is yours from both the primary bedroom and the living area, offering new outdoor lounge chairs, a new high-top dining set for four, and a new patio end table.

King-size beds are provided in both bedrooms, with the sleeper sofa rounding out the total accommodations to six people. Your primary suite includes a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, while a wet bar is on hand in the living area. Rediscover your passion for the coast in this amazing spot!

Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

No complaints at all, this unit had everything we needed, very comfortable, and was nice and clean. Big balcony to relax on, comfy big beds, plenty of amenities. Loved it 😊

very nice condo. location is very good. we had trouble getting the television in the living room to work. could only get two stations. young man came and helped with that but still had problems with it after he left. the televisions in the bedrooms worked fine. overall, everything was good. would definitely stay here again.

Spotless!
Upon walking into the condo for the first time we noticed how absolutely spotless it was. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and paid extra attention to detail. That was really refreshing to walk into. Not even a speck of sand on the floor. The kitchen is well stocked for everything you need. The beds were comfortable. There were more than enough towels, sheets, linens. The balcony is huge with a beautiful view. I can't think of anything I would change about the condo itself. Our only issue that we had which is of no fault to the rental company is that the parking garage is a little tight with limited spaces. You are allowed one reserved spot for your condo, which is great, but twice we had others parked in our reserved spot. But the good thing is that security and property management are on top of it and do not tolerate it. They will have people towed or a boot put on. The barbecue grill area is extremely nice and the pool as well. The boardwalk to the beach is short which is also nice when you're carrying all of your stuff. All in all we had a great week and would definitely stay again.
