Find beachfront bliss at this Regency Isle condo. Boasting sweeping Gulf views from the private balcony, this condo offers prime, coastal living with direct beach access and a suite of on-site amenities including pools and hot tubs.

The bright, open interior comes well-appointed for guest comfort with updated design and amenities. The full kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy cleanup. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the dining table is set for four. A handy wet bar comes equipped with a mini-fridge for happy hour convenience. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Both bedrooms feature en suite bathroom access for guest privacy. A shared, half-bath is also available for household convenience.

Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

Beautiful location, but the room is very basic.
This location and the Regency Isle is absolutely beautiful. I have stayed at this condo many times and this is the first time I disappointed in the room. I tried several times to reach out via email and calling to see if we could get early arrival and I never got a response back until AFTER we checked in. This room was very clean but was very basic. No dust pan for me to clean up. Master bath shower door did not want to shut tight. The beds in teh 2nd bedroom were very cheap and fragile, I was afraid they may break. The light on the patio went out. Wifi would go out and I had to call to figure out how to re-set it. All the pans and utensils felt very cheap. Knives were so dull I could not cut a tomato. Couch makes weird noises when you sit down. And our list goes on, but you get the gist.

Family vacation
It was very nice!!! We got to see dolphins everyday!!! Very clean lots of room!!! Private balcony was a big plus!!! Quiet and nice!!! Parking spot was easy and you didn’t have to worry about anyone hitting you it was in its own spot!!! This is very nice!! Will definitely be back!!! My little family and I loved it here!!!

Worn Out and Tired
The Condo was not clean, the master bath shower floor was so dirty, it left footprints when you stepped in and the ceiling had mold on it. The floors still had sand on them. The rest of the condo was clean enough but the condo is in need a freshening up. The location is great, with a wonderful view. A built in ice maker is also a nice touch.

Poor Vacasa Management and Mold
DO NOT RENT FROM VACASA. This is a nice smaller property. Unit highlights: spectacular views, large balcony with plenty of furniture, ice maker, lots of seating, and appliances. Minuses: Black mold on the main shower ceiling. Dirty tiles and baseboards. Lots of dust on top of furniture. Trash, dirt, and dust under the living room furnitre. Towels are teeny tiny; bring your own! Do not wash towels with your clothes, they leave tiny white pieces of sticky lint all over. Our stay suffered from extremely poor management and communication from Vacasa. The sole helpful person is Weston from the Gulf Shores office. He communicated well and solved our problem. The unit is supposed to come with two parking passes and beach armbands. We arrived and found neither. I called on arrival day, was given a help ticket number, and told I would get a call back. No call back. Called the next day and the representative blamed it on me and accused me of not calling earlier. In the meantime, our car was ticketed! After multiple calls the rep said no one could get us passes or armbands until the next morning. Next morning: nothing. Called again - this is day 3 with no passes - and they said I had to wait in the unit until noon and waste half a day waiting. Wasted money on beach service I couldn't use, for items that should have been there at arrival! This is a shame because it could be a wonderful stay with half decent management and housekeeping.
