Quiet getaway-former mother-in-law setup, fully furnished with kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and inside laundry. Separate closet in bedroom with queen bed and dresser. Also in the living room is a queen futon. Easy parking in driveway.

 There will be a $1000.00 charge for smoking in the Apt.
Place used towels and sheets in the basket in the bedroom closet. 
Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher before checking out.

Clean, quiet and spacious
Bev and Bob’s place was perfect. It ended up being a short trip due to flight delays, but we had everything we needed. A quiet neighborhood and a clean, well appointed suite. We would definitely come back again

Quiet and private
Lovely place, very open, quiet, and cool. Owners were friendly and responsive if I had questions, and they had left lots of info for me on good restaurants, places to shop, and things to see. It felt like staying at a good friend's house while they were on vacation. Will stay here again if we need a place in the area!

What A GREAT Find!
This was even better than described. It fit our needs perfectly. Everything was clean, pristine, and works great. It is exactly what the name claims - Peaceful and quiet. It was centrally located to everything we did. The perfect spot for a perfect week in and around Phoenix!
