Newly furnished and re-modeled house close to Gulf beaches and downtown Sarasota

Spacious home with more than 1500 sq. ft. of living space for all your flexcation needs of relaxation, work remote and / or online learning essentials.

I hope you enjoy this home as much as I do. I've taken care to provide a beach feel throughout the home that is warm and inviting. As soon as you walk in, you'll see straight through to the private backyard. It's a great home with lots of space for entertaining both inside and out. You can enjoy breakfast at the island or take coffee listening to the birds sing in the morning outside.

Some special highlights of the property include: (1) the large private backyard equipped with grill, firepit, games and more, (2) a comfy hammock to read or nap or even dream a little inspiration for your next creative project, (3) a large tranquil space at the back of the home overlooking the backyard with yoga mats to practice your daily intentions, (4) a cook’s kitchen equipped with tools and cookbooks to inspire your favorite meal or a new recipe, (5) beach supplies from chairs to umbrellas to spend a day at the beach or go walk at sunset, and (6) for the tech lovers - smart TVs, Bluetooth clocks and speakers and a home office with sit/stand desk for work. I recently installed 1 Gig - upload and download speed with a provider that gets the closest to those speeds in this area.

This home has an additional family room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and the Office has a Full bed Convertible Sofa.

Spacious and Welcoming
The house is spacious with multiple sitting areas, a nice backyard and well appointed kitchen. The supplies are not the usual collection of cheap, random items. You feel like you’re in a home someone actually uses. From the utensils to the beach items, to the bedding, everything is well maintained and of high quality. We hope to stay here again!

Very clean and roomy! Decorated with guests in mind with calm beachy feel! Stocked kitchen, private backyard and beach chairs umbrella etc for use on beach days!!!

Very positive experience.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Gina's house. There was more than ample space to come back to and relax in after a day out both inside and on the large backyard patio. The rooms were bright and light filled making for a lovely breakfast setting on the kitchen island. The house and kitchen were well stocked and had everything we needed for the times we cooked in. The location was great - just minutes to Tamiami and downtown, or to Siesta Key. Gina was a terrific host and very responsive when we had any questions. We would definitely come back for another stay.

A perfect place for us
Gina provided so many extras to help us have a wonderful vaca at her place. Her place is immaculate, the backyard with tables and chairs and hammock, 10 min. to Siesta Key beach, on and on! We are so happy we found Gina's Siesta Key Serenity. We are going back next year for a longer stay. Thank you, Gina.

My sunset picture is why I love the Sarasota area and specifically Siesta Key. It's only a 10 minute drive to see such a stunning sunset, enjoy warm water and powdery sand on your feet. It feels like a dream to be a homeowner here and I am excited to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Everyone who enters this home tells me how relaxing it is to be here and I hope while you spend your time here, you enjoy everything the home has to offer while diving into your favorite activities.

What makes this property unique

The home is equipped with Smart TVs and fast internet, so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. There are fun activities like 2 person ping pong and corn hole, a fire pit to roast marshmallows or enjoy the warmth on a cool night. You can also relax and do yoga or hang out with a puzzle or board games. And if you absolutely must work, there's a couple of great spaces to do it. A dedicated home office and the coffee table in the family room also extends up and out to be used as a table. Sit outside and take a call or meeting. While it's not ideal to be on vacation and working, in today's world where many are remote workers, know that this house is setup for you.
