Modern 1840's farmhouse with new kitchen w/ all new appliances. Enjoy the spacious backyard for fun with friends and children, and make S'mores by the fire pit. Then warm up in our brand new indoor hot tub after skiing! Small dogs welcome.

<2 hrs from NYC between iconic Woodstock and charming Saugerties. Ski at Hunter (25 min) Hudson/Catskill (25 min) Opus 40 (15 mins)

On arrival there will be complimentary snacks, fresh bath and hand towels, linens, pillowcases, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay comfortable and effortless.

Unfortunately due to the host being allergic to cats, WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS. Even if they are considered emotional support animals.
No shoes inside the home. Please leave all shoes outside or in the shoe bench at either the driveway or porch entrance. NO GLITTER inside the home.

Relaxing stay
We’ve been visiting the Catskills for summer hiking for the last several years. This house was perfect for our family to have access to Saugerties for dining out and still close to great hiking. We loved having the hot tub! We’d definitely return again!

Great house, lovely stay
A group of five college friends rented the house for a long weekend. Communication with the owners was exceptional and the house was clean and exactly as advertised. Good quality linens were especially appreciated. Wonderful stay. Thank you!
