The home has three bedrooms, two full baths, one with a double jacuzzi tub, and a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and breakfast area. Large expandable dining table is perfect for sharing meals, or gathering for game night. The master bedroom and ensuite bath have deck access, as do the living room and breakfast areas. We have paid special attention to the comfort of mattresses and bedding so you will sleep blissfully. The 2 level wraparound deck is amazing and provides multiple areas for seating, dining outside, or enjoying the outdoor fire table all while enjoying the lake and property view. There is also a rock firepit on the property that you can enjoy in the cooler months. You won't find a better location! We are of course very close to Canyon Lake, and we are six minutes away from tubing the horseshoe or catching a show at Whitewater Amphitheater. With just a short 20 minute drive you can visit wineries, venture to Gruene Hall, or head for some shopping or floating fun in New Braunfels and Wimberly.
