Little Bear Cabin is located on Lake Sylvia, about 61 miles west of the Twin Cities. This property is featured by Chartered Rentals in Annandale MN. Chartered Rentals offers one stop shopping. We have lake homes for rent and offer dockside delivery with boat rentals and more. Little Bear Cabin has a dock for boats, fishing, and swimming, and is a level lake lot right off the water. This cozy cabin has a four-season porch that looks out onto the lake. Lake Sylvia offers 20+ foot water clarity and is known for great pan fish, Largemouth bass, and elusive walleye. The DNR stocks the lake for walleyes. The walleyes in Lake Sylvia can be a challenge to catch with the water clarity being so clear you need to fish them 30-50 ft to get them, but when you hook into one most likely its 23+ inches. The sunfish, bass and crappies are easy to catch from the docks.
