This family friendly home with breathtaking sunset views is your perfect short term or long term get away! The best memories to make are here in Lake Havasu! **WE NOW HAVE A POOL!** Pets allowed.

**Sleeps 6-10 people- 1 King (Master) and 2 Queen beds (1 in each bedroom), plus 2 Singles & 1 Queen Air Mattress (includes comfortable bedding). TIP: The master closet is huge! You can comfortably put the queen air mattress in there as if it’s a 4th bedroom. (The queen and 1 single can fit in there if need be.)

Sweet Home!
Sweet home! Entry was easy, inside of home is great, well-appointed, beds were comfy, baths worked well, kitchen/great room/dining areas great. Yard is wonderful, pool fabulous, sunsets amazing! Location perfect! no more than 10-15 minutes to the City sights! Sidewalks on the main street, near a school, very safe to walk pups. Everything impeccably clean clean clean.

It is a nice house in a beautiful area. The house was very well stocked and in good condition. The only drawback was the yards are all very close together and at different heights so not as private as it might be . The yard itself was very pleasant.
