Description
The cosy living room has a seating area, dining area and open-plan kitchen. In the living room, you'll find a flat-screen TV, radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, refrigerator with ice box, microwave, toaster and Senseo and  filtercoffee machine. The living room opens out to the patio, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. A high chair and baby cot are provided. The sunny terrace is a great place to relax.

Kalte Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist für eine vierköpfige Familie eigentlich ausreichend groß. Den Mangel an festinstallierten Heizungen hat man versucht mit einigen netten Heizmöglichkriten wie Infrarotbildern oder elektrischem Ofen auszugleichen. Leider hat das Kinderzimmer kein Fenster und auch keine Heizung. Es gibt einen Heizkörper auf Rollen, den man bei Bedarf nutzen kann. Dieser wird allerdings so heiß, dass sich kleine Kinder gerne mal dran verbrennen. Da es keine Möglichkeit gibt das Kinderzimmer ordentlich zu lüften, ließen die Matratzen ordentlich zu wünschen übrig. Diese hatten Stockflecken und waren verunreinigt. Unser Fazit: man kann die Wohnung ohne Kinder prima bewohnen; - das Kinderzimmer sollte lieber nur als Abstellraum genutzt werden.

Tolle Lage zum Skigebiet
Tolle Lage zum Skigebiet in Winterberg. Wohnung innen gut saniert, allerdings noch alte Fenster Die Heiztechnik (Infrarotstrahler) war damit nicht so überzeugend.
