Gorgeous modern townhome
4 of my immediate family was in Philly for a regatta. This location was perfect. The area was safe and had lots of families, even with little kids in strollers, people walking dogs, etc. Seems like a trendy little area with restaurants, bars and such. We loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend trip to visit family
This house was perfect for a weekend trip to visit my son. House was spacious, kitchen was nice and stocked with some items (which I appreciate) and the location is absolutely perfect. A quick walk to all of fishtown’s amazing restaurants and bars. Hosts communicated with us throughout and were very helpful. Would stay again!

Fantastic place
The wife and I,along with our two teens stayed here for 5 nights. It was great. The neighborhood was quite, the location was good (bunch of things around). If you bring a car, pay for parking!! We did not feel unsafe at any point and the types of cars that were in the lot were way nicer than ours. We are from a small rural town in the Midwest, so the pot smell (that seems to be everywhere in Philly) was a little off-putting. We ended up buying candles and wall plugs to give off a pleasant smell. My son left a couple of articles of clothing, and the owners shipped it to use quickly packaged up nicely. The only other thing I would have liked to see, is a TV in each room. Overall though, a great place to stay and would stay there again.

Not a "Quiet Street"
The subway goes right next to this house mutiple times an hour all day and all night long. You can see the subway from the master bedrom and you hear it throughout the entire house. If you're a light sleeper, you will likely have a hard time sleeping in this property. This property is in the middle of a recently (last five to seven years) rennovation area. All of our UBER drivers expressed surprise that a family with kids would be staying in this area on vacay. Check out the Google Photos to see the area. Check out the seven to ten year old Google Photos to see the great rennovation work that has been done. Parking is available in a lot within walking distance for $25 per night. We did not feel unsafe walking from the parking lot to the property.
