Beautiful But Dirty
The apartment was beautiful, decorated with a modern flair. Large flat screen t.v.s in each rooms and plenty of room to relax. Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty. The first night my cousin and I spent cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and washing the linens. We placed towels between the mattress covers and clean sheets. The only thing we didn't do was scrub the floors. I immediately contacted the host and she asked me to send pictures which I did. We knew that nothing was cleaned prior to our arrival because food from last renters was still in the fridge and freezer. Pictures were sent and host apologized. She offered to extend our departure time from 11 a m. to 1 p.m. we declined as we had other obligations and had to leave. I haven't heard from her since we checked out.

We recognize that the pandemic is still active, which is why we are dedicated to completely sanitizing the unit. If our guests like, we can additionally provide them with additional disinfecting products.
