Light & Airy , GROUND LEVEL, POOLSIDE condo ONE BLOCK from the BEACH! Short walk to the fishing pier ( 8 blocks) & all restaurants & nightlife!Grill up dinners by the pool on our gas grill. Modern, newly renovated condo with all the upgrades! Smart TV with cable boxes in living room & bedroom. 2 beds in the bedroom & pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen with full sized appliances. Granite counter tops & modern tile in bath. Enjoy restaurants and shops within walking distance!
The property has everything you need! A full sized kitchen with full sized appliances, dishes, pots & pans, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, coffee, filters, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, laundry soap for shared laundry room, 2 BBQ grills poolside, laundry chairs, tiki hut, outdoor pool shower. 1 onsite assigned parking space included.

This condo is absolutely perfect! The parking spot is directly behind the condo and accessible through the kitchen. The bed linens are good quality and the ductless AC blast cold air !

Amazing location, responsive host
We stayed with our 4 kids ages 6-12. The location was one block back from the beach, a 2 min walk. The unit was clean, stocked and comfortable. Quiet, family friendly area. We enjoyed swimming in the nearby beach, and walking 15 minutes along the ocean front boardwalk to the larger Deerfield Beach. We also easily walked to nearby shopping and dinner by the fishing pier. The pool was warm and the tiki hut was a nice area to have a BBQ. Deidra was an excellent and responsive hostess. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
