Spend the day at the pristinely maintained beach, playground, toddler area playground, floating obstacle course, mini golf, splash pad, and arcade less than a 5 minute walk away. Walk along the beach to the tiki bar and restaurant for a refreshment, snack or meal. Daily activities for all including fishing, arts & crafts, live music, yard games and a renowned golf course keep families busy day after day rain or shine!

Golf cart rental available for additional daily fee. Please inquire.

The cottage is fully equipped for cooking, including indoor and outdoor seating, picnic table, fire pit and gas grill. Furnishings are comfortable and relaxed. No detail has been overlooked.

Per Point Sebago, 6 person maximum occupancy.

Fun stay at Point Sebago
We loved our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located. Our kids loved the bunk beds.

Had a great stay! The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The resort has great amenities and perfect for kids and adults! I recommend renting out the golf cart. Although everything is walking distance, the golf cart was a huge plus with our kids!

Cute, spacious cottage!
Such a beautiful home! Plenty of space- which is great especially if you have little ones running around. Great amenities and location. Owner was easy to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend!
