A well-deserved vacation in paradise awaits you in this immaculate heated pool home located in a prime location on the wide Zephyr Waterway in the beautiful community of South Gulf Cove. The expansive southern-facing lanai provides beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. This well-appointed split concept home sleeps 6 and features a large master suite, a second bedroom suite including a large bathroom that has direct access to the pool area, 2 large living rooms with sleeper sofas and retracting sliding glass doors, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a 2 car garage stocked with 2 bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrellas. It also includes a private dock and 10,000 lb boat lift with quick access to the Interceptor Lagoon, Charlotte Harbor and Gulf of Mexico. The location of this home is perfect with only a few minutes drive to beaches, restaurants, golf courses, entertainment and much more!

Fantastic home and rental
This amazing villa was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It is a home rather than a rental. So comfortable, clean and well-provisioned in every respect. We stayed in this area many times and this home is the best, a large 2 bedroom space. The pool especially is amazing. Warm and well maintained. Loved it and swam so many times each day. The location is quiet and great views out across the canal. So close to Boca Grande, our favourite beaches. Bonnie was so helpful and attentive throughout - awesome! Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

Beautiful canal view
We love this house in a quiet neighborhood on a canal. The pool area was comfortable to relax by & watch the boats & wildlife. The house was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect place to relax.
Really beautiful location on a wide waterway. Home was perfect with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The new grill was an unexpected bonus. This home is highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Great Getaway
The house was just as shown and described, and the view of the lagoon is great, with lots of boats going by. The owner was terrific - very responsive and friendly. The beach at Boca Grande is beautiful. We had a great time!

Beautiful Canal Property
This property is absolutely stunning. Cleanliness is superb and is stocked to the hilt with kitchen essentials, beach equipment and plenty of linens. Owners are easy to communicate with and go above and beyond making sure you are comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood and loved watching sunset over the canal. Highly recommended this lovely property!!
