Lavender Dreams is a well-appointed home with all of the comforts and amenities of luxury living. This dream home is brand new construction in the very upscale neighborhood of Beachside Village. All of the homes in Beachside Village are built to the highest possible construction standard, style and taste. Lavender Dreams is only steps to the dune walkover and is located on a grassy esplanade so families can easily walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes. The home has four bedrooms and 4.5 baths that will accommodate up to 12 guests in a variety of ways. The owners have thought of everything for relaxation in the home. The home is situated on two levels, with a private elevator for adult use only. Sorry, no pets. The very large kitchen of Lavender Dreams features an oversize island with seating for four guest and a dining table which will seat eight adults. The kitchen features a double oven, 6-burner gas range, Keurig Coffee pot (bring your own k-cups), 12-cup drip coffee pot, wine frig under the counter, microwave under the counter, walk-in pantry and all of the necessary pots, pans, dishes, and tools to prepare the most lavish meals you may desire. The living area has a large sectional sofa wrapped around the enclosed glass fireplace (use remote control to set the mood) and extra large flat screen smart TV over the fireplace. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa. This area opens with French doors out to a large balcony and the view of the Gulf is spectacular - less than a 2 minute walk to the edge of the water! Sleeping accommodations include two primary bedroom suites. The first primary bedroom is located on the main level of the house and includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and en suite bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is located on the main level of the house and has two built-in twin/queen bunks (this room can sleep 6 children, or two adults in each of the queen beds). This bedroom shares a full bath with step in shower - shared with the common area of the house. Upper Level Bedrooms: Bedroom 3 is located on the upper level of the home and features a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV and en suite bath with a tub shower combination. The primary owner's suite is also located on the upper floor and is absolutely stunning! The king size bed in the owner’s suite features a ceiling fan, television and an luxurious owners en suite spa-like bath. Bath features a separate large soaking tub, step in shower and separate water closet. The owners’ suite also has access to a private balcony which has a view of the Gulf. The upper level of the home also features an additional living area with television - a great place for the kids to unwind and play games, all in the privacy of their own living space! Guests will never want to leave Lavender Dreams!
BEACHSIDE VILLAGE
Beachside Village is one of Galveston's most popular and newer upscale neighborhoods, with picturesque, idyllic, colorful, coastal homes, all on stilts and all built with strict Victorian-style architecture. Beachside Village is close to town and all that Galveston has to offer - only a short ride to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, The Historic Pleasure Pier, Historic Strand, and Postoffice Districts.

Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.
Weddings, prom or large gatherings of any kind are not permitted in Beachside Village.
Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc.
These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
