Centrally located to Cape Coral's finest restaurants and golf courses, this home is just a short drive to Southwest Florida's most spectacular beaches! When you arrive, you'll find a perfectly clean and organized home ready for you to enjoy. It is fully stocked for groups up to 14 and equipped for young families.

Spring Break
We had a wonderful stay! There was 10 of us and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and had everything you need to cook in the stocked kitchen or the amazing grill top outside! The pool was great. There is grocery stores near by. Had great communication with the host.

Family get away and to visit family
We were so happy with this house, everything about it was perfect for our family. Loved the outdoor grill! The pool was great and used most of the time we were there. Jimmy responded to all my questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was with out smiling!

Perfect home for a family getaway!
This was our first experience renting a private home for a Floridian family vacation and we could not have been happier! The home was perfect for our large group of 6 adults and 5 children. It had plenty of space, was extremely clean, and had everything we needed (kitchen, bathroom, entertainment items, everything!). As a mom of an energetic toddler, I personally really appreciated the peace of mind that the child locks on all of the doors leading outside/to the pool gave me. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and beyond helpful when answering questions either about the property or the area in general. I would 100% recommend this home and it’s owners!

Best vacation ever
This was the best place for our family of 9 children. With a large we don't get out much and this was perfect. The pool right out the back door was great so the young ones can nap and the older children can swim. When the pool was not in use the fence was very reassuring that the younger ones would be safe. The hosts were quick to respond when ever we had any questions big or small. Very accommodating with toys or the whole family both inside and out. Overall we look forward to coming back in the future.

Memorable Family Trip
Everything about this house was PERFECT! We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the speedy communication. The property was so inviting on the inside and the screened-in patio with the pool and outdoor kitchen really made us feel like we didn’t need to leave the house! Our family NEEDED this. Thanks so much! It was also in a perfect location with grocery needs were close by. The rooms were each a perfect fit for everyone. Jimmy & Jessie Papia took great care of us! We have no complaints. This stay will always hold special memories for our family!
