Come relax in this family-friendly island home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Just a mile to one of the most breath-taking beaches. Car and walk-on passes to this permit-only beach are included. Take a short walk and take a dip in the fresh water of Ice House Pond - a local favorite. At home, lounge on the back deck listening to the songbirds. Grill your fresh catch, and roast s'mores in the fire pit. Centrally located, away from the bustle of town but with the convenience of stores only a few minutes away. Check out the many Land Bank trails for a nature walk or bring your kayaks and paddle boards to nearby Tashmoo or Seth’s Pond. You’ll find plenty to explore close by and plenty of fun games at home for family fun!
