You will enjoy the convenience of unlimited shopping and restaurants that will satisfy all tastes at Desert Ridge Marketplace. There are nearby golf courses such as Grayhawk and Paradise Valley.

During your stay you will have full access to a beautiful swimming pool with relaxing cabana and on site fitness center.


Easy access with keyless entry & Garage for parking(Please be aware that the detached 1 car garage will only fit smaller vehicles.)You may also park in any uncovered parking spot that is available. Covered parking is available to rent for $8/day upon availability.

Nice stay
Good location. Older but renovated quiet property. Really nice pool/lounge area. Plenty of towels for the stay. Everything you need for the kitchen was there. Bed and pillows were a little hard. Check in process and communication great. Overall a good stay.

Nice place, limited parking
Access was easy, unit was clean, the mattress was very comfortable. Couple items to be aware of—no TV in the bedroom, and as mentioned in listing, the garage is very small. The parking lot was almost always full so it was our only option most of the time.

Great stay and location
We had a patient we were visiting at Mayo Clinic, so this was the perfect place to stay nearby. The place was very clean, the host gave very clear instructions on entry, and it was a very easy check out. Would absolutely rent again.
