Equipment of the completely modernized apartment: • large living and dining area with dining table, a sofa set with sleep function, flat screen TV (internet) • separate kitchen with bar, modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and dishes and household items for daily needs • 1. Bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), large wardrobe, TV, baby travel cot possible • 2. Bedroom with box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00), wardrobe, TV • modern bathroom with shower, toilet, illuminated mirror, towel radiator, underfloor heating • 2 large terraces with modern garden furniture, one in a sheltered location directly accessible from the kitchen • Wi-Fi • Non smoking apartment, no pets • Parking in front of the house The equipment Bed linen, towels, baby cot, high chair and breakfast (in the neighboring Hotel Insel Büsum) are not included in the price, but can be ordered as an additional service.  Washer and dryer are provided in common use for a fee. 

NEW OPENING - INTRODUCTORY PRICES until the end of OctoberThe whole house has been extensively modernized and renovated. It got a new roof, new windows, doors, floor coverings, sanitary rooms etc. All apartments have been equipped with new furniture modern. The outdoor area has been redesigned. There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments have high quality design floors. All apartments have new bathrooms, some with natural light, completely new furniture and new kitchens with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave (some as combi appliance) etc. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Washer and dryer for community use and the possibility to store bicycles including e-bike charging stations were created. 

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, sehr gute Lokale, die inzwischen doch relativ teuer sind, und sehr freundlich
Das Objekt sehr schön. Es könnte mehr Geschirr im Schrank sein, damit man nicht jeden Tag abwaschen muss. Was unnötig Strom verbraucht sonst alles perfekt

Die Ferienwohnung ist das Tollste was uns als Nordseeurlauber je angeboten worden ist. Perfekte Lage ,kurzer Weg zum Strand ,super Ausstattung , trotzdem ruhige Lage ,beste Raumaufteilung ,hochwertige überlegte Nutzung der Räume und ständige Pflege der Aussenanlagen machen dieses Haus und seine Wohnungen zu etwas Besonderem.
