NEW OPENING - INTRODUCTORY PRICES until the end of OctoberThe whole house has been extensively modernized and renovated. It got a new roof, new windows, doors, floor coverings, sanitary rooms etc. All apartments have been equipped with new furniture modern. The outdoor area has been redesigned. There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments have high quality design floors. All apartments have new bathrooms, some with natural light, completely new furniture and new kitchens with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave (some as combi appliance) etc. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. Washer and dryer for community use and the possibility to store bicycles including e-bike charging stations were created. 

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir (2 Erw.+1 Kind, 12J.) haben die Wohnung zu den Herbstferien 2019 bezogen. Das gesamte Haus ist im August19 komplett saniert und neu eingerichtet worden. Das merkt man auch. Alles ist neu und frisch. Elegant und geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr symphatisch, erläuterungs- und erklärungsfreundlich. Für mehr als drei Personen kann ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, da es sonst sehr eng wird. Das W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Boxspringbetten in Hauptschlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind sehr bequem. Im kleinen Kinderzimmer, Schlafzimmer sowie Wohn-Essbereich befindet sich je ein Fernseher. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer läd leider nicht zu gemeinsamen, kuschligen Abenden ein (klein und unbequem). Das Badezimmer ist klein (fensterlos), aber trotzden angenehm. Die ebenerdige Dusche mit Ihrer gr. Kopfbrause trägt zur Erholung bei. Der Küchenblock ist stilvoll und passt sich gut in das Gesamtbild ein. Etwas unpraktisch und nicht wirklich für richtiges Kochen gedacht. Aber man ist ja im Urlaub, wo meistens doch nur etwas warmgemacht wird. Apropos warm machen, eine Mikrowelle ist nicht vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Zum Deich und der Familienlagune (kleines Binnengewässer vor der eigentl. Küste) sind es zu Fuß max. 3 Min. Man hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon, als auch vom Wohn- u. Schlafzimmer auf den Deich. Den Innenstadtbereich erreicht man in 20 Gehminuten. Einen kleinen Edekamarkt findet man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
