Embracing both security and seclusion, our exquisite resort features a guarded entrance. Yet, it remains wonderfully convenient, offering easy walking access to beloved local restaurants and engaging activities.
Dive into a range of amenities that await your pleasure: from tennis courts and a fitness area to a soothing sauna, engaging shuffleboard courts, and inviting BBQ picnic spots. And when the urge to refresh strikes, choose from our trio of pools – two outdoor and one indoor – for a satisfying swim.
For your convenience, please note that a maximum of two cars can be accommodated. Guests are kindly requested to secure parking passes at the guard gate, each priced at $50 with a limit of two passes per reservation. Payment is accepted exclusively via credit card.





Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is perfectly suited for all kinds of travelers. We can comfortably sleep 5 people. Our resort has wonderful amenities close by for everyone to enjoy. The resort is conveniently located right in the heart of Orange Beach, close to everything.

View from the unit was gorgeous. Steps from the beach. Beautifully maintained property. Well appointed kitchen with large peninsula and kitchen table. Tastefully decorated and extra comfortable beds. Slept like a dream.

GREAT LOCATION
We have stayed at Seaside a few times and have always enjoyed it! I was not to fond of the parking/security guard as he was rude about the parking pass increase that we were not aware of. Every sign that was visible stated $30.00 but he said it had went up to $50.00 months ago. If it was months ago, I think they had plenty of time to change their signs.
