Our modern 1 room apartment with terrace and 33m2 of living space can accommodate 1-3 people. The cozy living room with French bed, sofa bed, cable TV, radio and PS3 invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher. Coffee and tea making facilities, microwave, refrigerator and toaster leave nothing to be desired. The bathroom with corner shower, large storage space, mirror and toilet completes the overall picture. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the WiFi and the parking lot in front of the house free of charge. The apartment with terrace is located directly at the bike park, ski carousel and summer toboggan run. In a quiet location in the Hochwald (in the ski area), the apartment is near the bobsleigh track and a mountain and indoor swimming pool. The apartment is located in the best hiking area in the Hochsauerland.

Lage gut. Sehr unsauber.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht gut geräubert. Überall Spinnen und die Vorhänge voller Staub. Die Heizung gab Geräusche von sich.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Passt gut für ein Paar. Die Heizung ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig und der Wasserhahn im der Küche funktioniert nicht 100 prozentig. Wasser läuft oft noch nach, was den Wasserverbrauch unnötig in die Höhe treibt. Der Wohnkomplex wirkt zunächst nicht sehr einladend, wird aber durch die schöne Wohnung zur Nebensache. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die weiterempfohlen werden kann.
