Newly renovated in December 2019 and completely new mobilized with fitted kitchen, balcony, shower, toilet, separate living room and bedroom for max. 5 people. TV, WiFi, bed linen, hand and bath towels, equipped kitchen are at your disposal. Box spring beds offer you a restful sleep.
Restaurants, shops, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, bus and train stops are within walking distance. Parking facilities are available.
The apartment is located in the south of Duisburg, near the city limits of Düsseldorf (approx. 2 km) and is ideal for trade fair guests and business travelers due to its brilliant transport links.

Naja
Naja, Buchung ging von einem auf den anderen Tag, war super. Ankommen in der FeWo war auch ok, nur die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, hatte der Gastgeberin zweimal geschrieben und beim dritten mal hab ich Sie telefonisch kontaktiert. Kann ja echt nicht wahr sein, dass Dreck ( Kippen auf dem Balkon, Papierschnipsel, Haare usw) rum liegt und von der Putzdame nicht gesehen wird. Von der Gastgeberin kam auch keine Entschädigung. Die Wohnung kostet auch nicht wenig Geld und man zahlt ja für die Sauberkeit.

Alles war normal, aber letztes Nacht war sehr kalt Weil Winter mit klein Kind das kann ich nicht verstehen wenn Heizung funktioniert nicht und keine Parkplatz...
