Villa Paradiso is a 3 story luxury villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 and half baths. The villa has its own beautiful private pool and is steps away from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the northern part of Cozumel. Villa Paridiso is located in a quiet development in the north of Cozumel. A short walk down the beach takes you to wonderful snorkeling in calm crystal blue waters. Villa Paradiso is located 3 miles from the city center of San Miguel and 4 miles from the Cozumel airport. Villa Paradiso is located across the road from Cozumel Country Club which is Cozumel’s first 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The beaches on the north side of Cozumel are also great for kite boarding.

Fabulous week in paradise!
The home and hospitality were top notch in this beautifully appointed home at the north end of the island in Cozumel. Located in a safe, quiet, gated community with gated beach access within 100 feet, the home had everything you need, including a private pool, a lovely and helpful housekeeper, and all the comforts of home. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks for making this a fabulous week in paradise!

Great visit
The property is well-designed and was a great fit for our group. We had plenty of room indoors and out. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linens. The kitchen is well-appointed and the full-size fridge was great for a family with hungry teenagers. The beach was pretty seaweedy, but clear south of the jetty for swimming. We liked the peaceful setting and enjoyed good dinners at nearby Lobster House and a great sunset dinner at Buccannos. Thanks to Laurie and everyone who helped make our stay fantastic.

Beautiful home
This house was big enough to give my teenage boys the space they needed to not be on top of each other all vacation! It was a very short walk to the beach, great kitchen for cooking (we had private chefs come 4 times and they were able to work well in the big kitchen). It was not a far drive into town, which we spent a lot of time in. I reached out to Laurie a few times and she was very quick in responding to me. The only cons we had were with the water. It was rarely warm/hot and on multiple occasions the water would just stop all together. I didn't reach out to Laurie about this so that was my bad, as she could have sent someone to look at it. The normal maid was also out sick so we only had maid service one day. This wasn't a huge deal besides having to throw our toilet paper in the trash can and having it sit there for days was a little gross. Also, we could have taken that out ourselves too. Overall the good definitely out weighed the bad and if I had been better with my communication I feel like the few bad things would have been taken care of quickly. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this house again. Thank you for contributing to our amazing family vacation filled with many memories for years to come!

Almost perfect Villa get away
Everything about the experience was awesome! The property manager really cared about making sure everything went well. The Villa was very well prepared for our stay. It is completely stocked and furnished to meet every need. More than any other vacation rental we have used. Can’t say enough about the house and about how well we were treated! The only slight drawback is that is is just a little far from town. But, a very short walk to the Melia resort and taxis are abundant. The beach had seaweed, but it was everywhere on the beaches. Again, every we couldn’t have asked for a better experience by Laura to accommodate us.

Private! Spacious! Relaxing!
This property was everything we needed and so much more! The house, patio, and pool are a vacation in itself. The short walk to the private beach was an amazing added bonus. We were able to cook some of our own meals as a family, hang out and swim in the pool, make a quick drive to town for all of the tourist and authentic island fun and book some fantastic excursions. Laurie helped us find everything we needed on the island and Pancho showed up to show us the property and answer all of our questions while we were there. We will not hesitate to book this property again when returning to Cozumel!
