Our private beach is known on the island as the premier beach for kiteboarding, foiling, and windsurfing. Try stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking when the wind is not blowing!

Picture windows and double-height ceilings give this 1,800 sq ft classic modern space a luxurious feel. Be lulled to sleep by a gentle breeze and the sound of waves lapping onto the soft sand that is 75 paces out your front door. Be greeted in the morning by the calls of birds. Enjoy leisurely strolls on the beach and placid nights stargazing on the private balconies or rooftop terrace. Whether you are planning an adventure-packed vacation or a relaxing getaway to this Caribbean paradise, Birdsong Condo will be the perfect home base for your stay in Cozumel.

Take a break from daily chores and feel pampered by our cleaning service - at no extra cost to you! Our staff will clean the kitchen and do your dishes, clean the home, make the beds, and switch out clean towels and fresh linens as needed - all included in the rental price! Guests can choose to dine out or eat in thanks to our fully-equipped kitchen. Chef services are available upon request for an additional daily fee.

This handsomely appointed apartment occupies almost the entire top floor of the building. Large windows with garden and jungle views bring lots of light and cool cross-breezes into every space. If our guests prefer a chill in the air, each room has a dedicated A/C unit to keep our guests feeling comfortable.

Forget about overpacking: our in-unit washer/dryer is available to guests free of charge.

Lovely time near the beach
The location is good, if a little remote from the downtown (by Cozumel standards), so expect to hop a cab, or rent a car if you want to explore. That said, it's removed from some of the downtown noise and distraction. The building and nearby beach are both very nice. The rooms are good, and the beds are comfortable. Beautiful view from the rooftop. The kitchen is good, although would benefit from some better knives, and a full set of wine glasses, but this is a minor quibble. The hosts are a lovely couple, and were very accommodating for our family group. Would stay again!

Born & raised in Mexico City, I grew up traveling to Cozumel with my family. I learned to snorkel when I was 8 and scuba dive when I was 12 and haven't stopped since! Now I also enjoy stand-up paddling boarding, kayaking, and watching my husband kiteboard all over the island.

Why they chose this property

Country Club Estates is on one of the only natural beaches on the leeward side of Cozumel. Sunsets on the beach or the building's rooftop terrace are spectacular!

When winds blow in from the East or North, San Juan beach becomes a kiteboarders' paradise. Otherwise, the calm waters provide excellent opportunities for beach lounging, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming.

What makes this property unique

Having traveled to Cozumel my entire life, I've found that the North shore of the island offers the same peace and quiet as the South shore, without the long drives into town, big hotel properties, and pesky cruise ship traffic.
