Welcome to the Eastside Flat. This trendy space was designed with you in mind. Our apartment provides a comfortable stay, whether you're traveling with solo, friends, or with family. Feel at home in this bright & fresh space. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details.

Cozy up in this dreamy 2 bedroom flat, furnished with a Plush Queen Beds and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Fully Stocked Kitchen & Bathroom. Always Fresh Linens & Coffee. For guests with little ones, we provide a Pack-n-Play (listed as a crib). Also access free on-site parking.

Guest will have access to the entire private space. Also includes reliable Wifi, Washer and dryer, and onsite parking.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

Noisy Neighbors
The neighbors above are up and walking like elephants by 5am. They started the TV by 6am and it could not have been louder if it was in the room with you. I also think they have a dog that runs around jumping on the furniture and moving it to make more noise. The house is cute, clean and comfortable to stay in but dont expect sleep.

The communication with the host was less than stellar at the beginning. We requested early check in and had to keep texting to get updates. Never was notified that they couldn’t accommodate our request. We had 5 people staying. There was one towel with one washcloth on each bed. There were 4 other bath towels were but no other washcloths and only the one hand towel for 4 days with 5 people. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Very few glasses/cups, two hand towels. However, the absolute worst part of our trip was the apartment above started a party about 10pm our last night and it went on until 5am the next morning. For the record there is little to no insulation in the ceiling. Overall this was probably the worst VRBO stay we have ever experienced.

Fine little 1st floor apartment
I don't have much to say about it. Only one star off on communication because it could take some time to get a response. E.g., on checkout instructions. If it had been more important, that could've been a real problem. Ultimately, it was fine. Property could use blackout curtains to go over the blinds because it is very, very bright at night. Lucky I wear an eyemask!

Nice stay!
We came in town for Metallica 2 day concert at ATT Stadium and stayed with our 4 kids for the weekend. We needed a good location and somewhere that allowed us to bring our fur babies as well and this worked out great. The space was sufficient for us and it was clean and comfortable. Manager was very friendly and helpful with the booking process. Only suggestion would be maybe a few more dishes and towels, we only had 3 towels for 6 of us and 2 place settings. Not a big deal though since there was W/D we just had to do wash a couple times. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Close to Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville and other local favorites. Minutes from Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center and even the Fair Grounds.
