Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Not as expected
We arrived and the location was heavily under construction. Be aware that the actual images are either glory shots or photoshopped. The inside was mostly clean… except for the bed which had hairs all over it and dusty counters and nightstands with grime and more hair. When contacting the owners they would not answer until multiple calls were placed and contact was very slow. 30 mins to message about cleanup for the place. They did eventually they did have someone come clean the bed and other areas. They did great by also providing other amenities that were missing and a few “treats” as a sign of apology.
Overall the place wasn't close to the point mages provided, lighting was bad, furniture was stained heavily, and internet and TVs didn't work. on the side of the washer and dryer there was rat poop and dust. We had a really hard time finding the place because the picture of the building wasn't as expected whenever we were driving the area. The walls are super thin and you can hear people stomping above you.
