Beautiful updated top to bottom oceanside cottage. You wont be disappointed! Ocean views from every window. It's truly a WAVE WATCHER! We are new owners of this Cottage for our second rental season, but have hosted vacationers at our other properties for over 10 years. We know how to treat our guests and what they are looking for in a vacation rental.
Wave Watcher has been updated from top to to bottom with all new flooring, new beds, linens, dishes, deck furniture and furnishings as well as fresh paint inside and out. One minute walk to the beach down a paved path. Direct beach access right outside the back yard. One minute walk to the ocean. Amazing Views of ocean and sound from every window. Enjoy the quiet uncrowded beaches of SouthNags Head. Close to favorite restaurants and shopping as well as Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Major update just complete includes all kitchen, new beds, painting inside and out, furnishings and decor. Fully stocked chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare family meals located on quiet dead end cu-de-sac with direct beach access is the perfect play spot after a day at the each. Basketball goal in the driveway is a bonus for all the kids. All new bedding, pillows, comfy mattresses, and so much more!!!

Didn't want to leave!
This house is wonderful! The short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood make it a perfect location. The house itself is immaculate and cozy. All instructions are perfectly clear and communication is flawless. I really can't think of anything to improve here. If we visit the Outer Banks in the future, this will be the first place we look!

Beautiful and clean home
This was probably one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed at! The location was perfect for us and it was nice to be a short walk away from the beach. Nelene was great and was quick to respond. We would love to stay at this home again in the future.

The house is perfect! It’s cozy and has all the qualities you would want in a home away from Home. Steps to the beach. Minutes to amazing food. The house is located in the most peaceful neighborhood. We look forward to staying here next year. Incredible!!!!!

Great Location for Quiet Stay
We had a wonderful time at the Wave Watcher. It is as easy walk to the beach and the second story decks made a great place to read. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very attentive. They responded right away. At one point (through no fault of them) the batteries in the lock started running out. He came out within hours to change the batteries for us. The one thing I would note is that this isn't a location that you will be walking to dinner or shopping. However, that isn't something that we were looking for in a rental so it didn't matter to us. Honestly, the peace of quiet of the location made the short distance well worth it.

We have been vacationing on the Outer Banks since we were teenagers. Lifelong residents of Virginia Beach, VA, It has always been our lifelong dream to own our own home on the Outer Banks. That dream became a reality in December of 2014. We decided to share our home with our guests for a few weeks during the summer. Since that time, we have added two additional vacation homes to our rental properties and this great property has been lovingly updated from inside out. All of our home has been updated, renovated, and cleaned to have it pristine and sparkling and ready for our guests. Our guests enjoy our home as much as we do as you can see from our reviews from previous vacationers.
*Owners wife is Licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and North Carolina.
