Tucson Historic Bungalow
We enjoyed staying at the Tucson Bungalow. Clean and comfortable. We were close to the grocery store, zoo and family. I would mention spiders. There is a black widow on the front porch, a trapped behind the tub overflow , you could see his legs. struggling. My grandson was bitten during the night by a spider just above the knee. Convenient to U of A
We stayed 3 nights while moving our daughter into UA. It’s very convenient to UA, restaurants, and groceries. Had a small problem with the AC but were able to rectify it quickly with Will’s help. We had to leave early due to incoming storms as well but Will was highly responsive. This is a historic home which means it has some quirks in design and space but nothing problematic. It is a good size for a couple, perhaps with 1-2 small children but more than that would be tough. Neighborhood wasn’t necessarily residential, but it was quiet. Overall it was convenient, clean and had all that we needed.

Cute house, great for what we needed
The house is cute and clean with comfortable beds and furniture. I stayed with my mom and my toddler. It was great for us, with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Generous sized kitchen too. And laundry - essential with a kid! We were skeptical when we first arrived because the neighborhood isn’t the nicest and all the buildings have bars on the windows, but we met the friendly neighbor and ultimately had no problems and felt very safe.
