Tranquil Palm Desert Oasis

Modern amenities and comfort abound in this remodeled, private, two bed two bath in a quiet cul de sac in Monterey Country Club.
Step free access throughout, two car garage, three outdoor areas, sun awnings, fairway and mountain views.
Five minute drive to El Paseo, and all the stores in central Palm Desert.

Entire Condo, private garage, three outdoor spaces, with private courtyard and rear patio opening onto fairway, with gorgeous views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
Other things to note
The club features many public spaces, including multiple pools and hot tubs, two of which are located within a few hundred feet of the condo.

Message us to discuss discounted rates for stays of two months or longer.

From January 1st 2023, our guests will be able to book golf on Monterey’s 27 hole course and use the tennis, pickle ball and gym facilities. If you are interested in playing during your stay, please let us know during the booking process and we can send you a form to complete and take to the clubhouse upon your arrival. This process or payment are not necessary for community pool and hot tub access.

We are only able to accept bookings of 30 days or longer owing to local regulations governing STR in Riverside County. License #STR2022-0274

Wonderful Getaway Rental in Monterey Country Club
I had the privilege to stay at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property is newly updated and I enjoyed the mid century modern decor, minimalist design, kitchen stocked with all necessary items for cooking and lovely amenities from the easy to use Samsung tvs, soft towels, comfy bedding and other nice touches that made it feel like a hotel. There is plenty of room for a family of four to watch tv on the sofa, eat and play board games on the dining room table and lounge on the patio deck. Monterey CC is a great location with numerous pools and hot tubs within a short walk, it is very centrally located and close to shops, movies, restaurants and a short drive to Palm Springs or Indian Wells. The host was easy to contact and resolved questions and concerns very quickly. I enjoyed my getaway thoroughly and would highly recommend.
