DO NOT BOOK!! HOUSE IS FILTHY!!
If I could attach photos to this I would! When we arrived the first thing you see is a stone mail box that is absolutely demolished with stone and rocks spread all over the front. We then walk to the front door where there is what looks like a huge pile of dried vomit right in front of the door. But the worst part is the inside! Dead cockroaches, THICK layers of dust on practically every surface! A floor and kitchen cabinets so sticky you’d think it was a frat house for 10 years before we got there. Bags of ripped open trash in the backyard, absolute filth under the kitchen sink, a dirty sock left at the foot of the bed in the master bedroom from previous guests, used fake eyelashes left in a dish on the bathroom counter in the master bathroom, a leak coming from the ceiling above the toilet in the master bathroom…. I mean the list is endless! But above all else when I contacted the owner, Melissa, to let her know how disgusting this house was she did not even apologize!!! Instead she argued with me and called VRBO to testify that the house had been cleaned!! I have DOZENS of photos to show that there is absolutely NO WAY this house was cleaned. Maybe because they folded some towels and blankets they thought it was clean? I have no idea but I was appalled at not only the state of the house but how this host handled what was clearly an issue. No reimbursement, no apology and no offer to have cleaners come and rectify the issue. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!
