The Space:
You have amazing harbor views from both the living room and the primary bedroom! The inviting living room presents an open floor-plan concept, two windows with gorgeous views, and sliding glass door access to the balcony. A sleeper sofa, and 2 comfy swivel chairs will be waiting on you in the living room after a day at the beach. You will love relaxing here and enjoying your favorite movie or TV show on the flat-screen smart TV!

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen, well-equipped with all the gadgets you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in the family with ample counter space making cooking and cleanup a breeze. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it's time to eat, convene at the six-person dining table. There is also a high-top dining table on the balcony that is perfect for enjoying appetizers and the cocktail of your choice!

⭐Jetty East is a mid-rise, 6-story condominium located on Holiday Isle, a quiet peninsula of Destin located where the Gulf of Mexico and Harbor meet. Take the elevator just 6 stories down from your unit to find Destin's famous white sand beach and emerald-green water! There are 900 feet of PRIVATE BEACH exclusively for the Jetty East Community. No long walks to the beach and pool! There is an optional beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) that can be purchased on the private beach. The seasonally heated pool and hot tub feature night lighting and are located just by the beach with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for your use. There is also a large sunbathing deck overlooking the beach. Feel free to enjoy the community tennis courts, pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts overlooking the beach as well. There is also a 3,200 square-foot covered grilling pavilion with tables, chairs, and twelve different grills available. To top things off, a fitness center is on-site for your convenience. You can relax on the beach, fish, snorkel, paddleboard, kayak, or go parasailing. This wonderful setup is all you need for a relaxing and stress-free family vacation!

Destin Harbor is less than a mile away with endless family fun activities. You can rent pontoon boats, take a dolphin cruise, or the family's favorite pirate cruise. Or just relax & enjoy dinner at one of the many delicious restaurants overlooking the Destin Harbor while watching the fishing boats come in. The kids will love the Zipline, euro trampoline, and hamster ball experience all offered right there at the harbor!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. This is a gated community with security onsite.

Other Things To Note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available in the parking lots surrounding the Condominium Complex as well as covered parking on the ground level below the complex. Please note that the HOA does not allow golf carts or scooters. There is a height limit for the covered parking area. Please reach out if you need to know specifics.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ While staying at our property you and your entire family will be able to enjoy the private beach provided by the Jetty East complex. Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our Sugar Sand Beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need for an added cost.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There is a seasonally heated pool for your enjoyment at the Jetty Easy Condominiums, as well as a Hot Tub! You will be sent the codes before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the host's health and severe allergies, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
