Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great value for the price!
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old, who LOVED the bunk beds! Perfect for young kids, but there is not a separate closet for them. The condo bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean! There’s tons of room in the kitchen and living space. The listing does say they have a hair dryer - I didn’t pack mine for this reason, and they DO NOT have a hair dryer. The only other concern we had with the room was the mattress in the master. It is very uncomfortable… The short walk to the beach was doable with a beach wagon and two year old. It is a public beach, so I recommend going early to get a spot! We did have an issue with our AC unit, however they were extremely easy to get in touch with and had someone out to fix it within a couple hours!

Master bathroom bed needs replaced left side almost lays on the floor it’s so broke down. Elevators are terrible (slow) wifi and tv didn’t work properly. Just overall found this unit to be very basic compared to our previous unit in October.

The property was nice, however the kitchen was not fully furnished. I had to go purchase hand/dish soap, can opener, cookie sheet iron, ironing board, etc … the beds were very cheap mattresses and very uncomfortable. I have stayed at this place before in another unit ant felt very at home and had everything I needed to cook/clean up, in this unit not very much at all.

Mattress Wrong Side Up. Never Provided Door Code!
Booking the stay was easy. Staff was rude. No door code was giving. Called and took 1 hour to get code to door while standing outside the room. 1 agent hung up the other agent said a text was sent with the code. IT WAS NOT. The mattress was upside down on the bed. SMH. Toilet paper holder and picture fell. No baking pan. Will definitely not be booking again. Whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth after a 6 hour drive with toddlers. Spoke with Property Manager and was told maintenance would come and fix issues. Never came. Was close to the beach and Walmart.
