Safe, easy location that places so many Nola favorites at your fingertips (City Park, the bayou, Lafitte Greenway, Canal Streetcar). This 2 bed/1 bath home has hardwood floors, brand new renovated bathroom, dedicated parking. Laundry too! Easy drive/bike to FQ, walk to streetcar.
The space
From the front door, you enter into the open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has bar seating for 4. A hallway to the right of the house leads you to a full bathroom with laundry, a bedroom with walk in closet, and another larger bedroom with walk in closet at the back of the house. Though this is a shot gun style house, the bedrooms and bathroom are all independent and accessed through the hallway.

Great location for the family
This place is the perfect location for families looking to be out of earshot of loud pub-crawling revellers, yet within close proximity to excellent restaurants, cafés and places of interest. The grocery store and other shops are a short walk down the road and the streetcar is also within walking distance. Great neighbourhood and host Chris wanted to be sure our experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

Perfect respite
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. We loved that is was in a close knit neighborhood with access to everything. Off street parking was a big help & all the amenities in the house were just what we needed. Chris is very easy to work with & available whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!
