The BEACH HOUSE has a living room and dining area with two large picture windows overlooking the water. There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds, and a full bath with a tub and shower. The second story has a sleeping loft.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric self-cleaning stove and a refrigerator/freezer. A washing machine, dryer and gas barbeque grill are also included. There is a spacious deck in front of the house, overlooking the Bay, with a picnic table and outdoor furniture. A second shower, located at the back of the house, has hot and cold water for bathing after returning from the beach.

All bed linens, towels, dishes and cookware are supplied. The house is cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay.

Quiet Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Little Pond. With beach access just a short walk away, this property is an ideal getaway. The tranquil setting is perfect for relaxing and it’s secluded location is far from the hustle and bustle of the touristy parts of the island. Be sure to stop by the grocery store and stock up on provisions on your way as restaurants are a bit of a drive (but the good ones are worth it). And get mosquito repellent!!! It’s PEI and they’re horrible everywhere on the island. There is no AC but the evenings get cool enough and with the breeze off the water we didn’t mind. The laundry is located in a shed behind the property. Confirm the check out time, because we were told by the caretaker that it is 10AM even though our Vrbo email stated 12. Bill kindly worked with us, but it was a bit of a surprise on our final morning. If you’re looking to relax and unwind then “Whistling Water” is the place for you! You’ll have to visit to find out why we gave it that nickname. ;)
